Bakery Orders: All bakery orders are porch pick-up ONLY. The customer is responsible for picking up their order. Any orders not picked up during the designated pick-up window will be donated. No refunds will be granted.

Porch pick-up: after placing your order, you will receive an email with the address of the porch pick-up location. We are located off Ball Rd on the Karns side of Knoxville near Middlebrook Pike/Cedar Bluff. About 20 minutes from Farragut and 20 minutes from Downtown Knoxville. Please understand this is our home, so we expect our customers to be respectful of our property and neighborhood.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for orders that have not been picked up. Orders not picked up during the allotted pick-up time will be donated. Legally, I am not able to ship bakery items because these are produced in my home. While there is a shipping option at check-out, please remember to select "porch pick up" at checkout, otherwise I will have to cancel your order. I'm still searching for a way to exclude shipping from the bakery items, but at this time, since I offer other items for shipping in the Blooms section, my website is unable to differentiate products from shippable and non-shippable.
